If you’re new to GMPE after having used GMCE in the past you’ll find that some things have moved and might be difficult to find at first.

One such item is scheduling an activity to a filter or group. In the old days there was a tab on the scheduling window called ‘Filter/Group’. That has now disappeared, causing some people a little consternation!

The function is still there though. When you call up the scheduling window, notice that there is a search button next to the contact name. If you press this you’ll see the option to ‘select filter or group’. Once you’ve chosen your set of contacts the options on the ‘Series’ tab will then become available.
